REPP extends request for proposals deadline

Developers of on-grid renewable energy projects will have a further week to submit their applications for funding through the Renewable Energy Performance Platform’s (REPP) request for proposals.

The original deadline of 4pm (UCT) on Monday, 19 October 2020 was pushed back after a number of developers approached REPP’s investment manager, Camco Clean Energy, asking for more time. Developers now have until the same time on Monday, 26 October to submit their applications.

Applications received before the deadline will qualify for priority assessment. Specific attention will also be given to proposals from companies owned by African nationals.
