Finance and development expert joins REPP’s Board
REPP is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Stalbaum from the UK Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) as the newest member of its Board.
Andrew is Team Leader in Private Finance and Innovation at BEIS as a part of the UK’s International Climate Finance. He brings to the Board considerable expertise in finance and development, and has direct experience working on development issues across Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. This expertise was developed through six years working on the capital markets at Deutsche Bank in London and a period in consultancy at Oliver Wyman before moving to the UK Civil Service in 2017 to work on development.
Andrew replaces Ashufta Alam and sits alongside existing members Peter Coveliers, Daniel Farchy and Eric Usher. His primary role as a member of the REPP Board is helping to oversee the overall direction and strategy of the programme and promoting its success.
