REPP trabalha para mobilizar a atividade de desenvolvimento do setor privado \u2013 e o investimento \u2013 em projetos de pequeno a m\u00e9dio porte (normalmente at\u00e9 25 MW) e \u00e9 financiado pelo Desenvolvimento Internacional do Reino Unido. O seu financiamento prov\u00e9m do UK International Climate Finance (ICF) e \u00e9 gerido pelo Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO).<\/p>\n

O conceito original do programa foi desenvolvido pelo Programa da ONU para o Meio Ambiente e o Banco Europeu de Investimento, em resposta \u00e0 iniciativa Energia Sustent\u00e1vel para Todos da ONU.<\/p>\n
