Dear <<First Name>>

This week we held our annual REPP Academy, a capacity-building event that provides a knowledge-sharing platform and networking opportunities for REPP investees, investors and other key industry stakeholders.

This year’s focus was on how to scale up electricity access through mini-grids and isolated grids in Africa, and over the course of four days attendees took part in a mix of short presentations, group discussions, one-on-one meetings and networking sessions to help further the market’s successful development.

From the feedback I’ve had so far, the Academy has been a huge success and I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part for their energy and enthusiasm for collaboration. There are too many people to mention here, but I would like to single out Camco’s policy and partnerships manager Ieva Indriunaite who designed and managed the event, and to the wider Camco team who supported her. Well done everyone!

The Academy was a closed-door event, but we are already working on collating the many key insights to come out of it and we will be sharing those publicly in due course. We’ll let you know when we do.

Cheers
