Dear <<First Name>>

Camco embarked on a new and exciting chapter in its 30-year history this week after being approved as an accredited entity by the Green Climate Fund (GCF).

The GCF is widely seen as a primary mechanism for helping developing countries respond to the challenges of climate change, both mitigation and adaptation. As an accredited entity, Camco can now propose projects and programmes to the GCF that supports this ambition and - if approved - can oversee and manage their implementation.

This is a huge achievement for a relatively small company like Camco and has taken tremendous effort and dedication from the team. I would like to say a huge thank you to the amazing people who work here at Camco, as well as the GCF Secretariat, Accreditation Panel and Miles Austin at Advisory 42 for helping to make this happen.

And now the real work begins as we develop the exciting and innovative proposals needed to win the GCF’s approval and do our part in ramping up climate action. Stay posted for updates!

Cheers

Geoff Sinclair

Managing Director
